Ernesta O. (40), a Spanish national, was charged with brothel keeping at an address in Tralee, Co. Kerry. She pleaded guilty. Her solicitor said she was a mother and had cooperated with Gardaí fully and the Gardaí concede she was unlikely to re-offend. The judge imposed a fine of €350.
