Crstian T., a Colombian national, (29) and Lustila C., a Romanian national, (25) pleaded guilty to brothel keeping in Cavan Town on 20 September 2013. The judge ordered that Crstian T. would pay €80 and Lustila C. would pay €100 to Sr. Mel of the Holy Rosary Sisters and he would dismiss the charges by consent of the State.
